You can make this teriyaki chicken into an easy stir fry; chicken taco rolls, or add pineapple to the mix and bake for a Hawaiian style twist.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 Tbl vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbl soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1. Step 1

Place chicken in a large self-closing bag and pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Seal and shake until evenly coated. Start heating up the coals on your grill. Grilling brings out the teriyaki flavor to new heights.

  2. Step 2

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer for stronger teriyaki flavor. You can refrigerate the mix overnight for the best flavor in your meal.

  3. Step 3

Remove teriyaki chicken from marinade before cooking and discard the marinade. Do not reuse.

  4. Step 4

Grill teriyaki chicken for 10-14 minutes or until done. Cook over medium hot coals until the juices run clear.

Tips & Warnings
  • Never reused a sauce or flour mixture that has touched raw meat.
  • Never leave the stove unattended.
