Things You'll Need:
- Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 4-ounce can Green Chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1 16-ounce can Cream Style Corn
- 1/2 Cup Shredded mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup sifted Flour
- 1 Cup sifted Yellow Corn Meal
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together.

Step 2
Mixing well, add eggs, one at a time.

Add chiles, corn and cheese, and mix well.

Step 4
Sift flour and corn meal together with baking powder and salt, then add to corn mixture.

Blend all the above ingredients well.

Step 6
Pour into a (greased with flour) or (non stick) 9x13-inch pan.

Step 7
Place pan in preheated oven at 350F, and immediately reduce heat to 300F. Bake for an hour. Serve hot!
