Changing climates? This article will tell you how to add warmth to a room. Moving from the South to the North was a huge change especially with the air feeling like it was drier in the North than in the South (as well as a 10-20 degree change in temperature). With the change in climate, I never felt warm enough and my skin felt dry and cracked. With this quick remedy, I no longer feel cold and my skin doesn't feel as dry. Hope this works for you.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • vaporizer
  • salt

Step1
Set thermostat (in home) on desired temperature. (I set mine at 70 degrees).
Step2
Fill up vaporizer according to instructions.
Step3
Add a pinch of salt to vaporizer.
Step4
Choose a location that's near heating source (but not directly at the heating source) and plug in vaporizer. (I noticed a difference within an hour maybe less I sleep better and my heating source doesn't kick on as often).

Tips & Warnings

  • Remember to unplug your vaporizer when you leave home.
  • Choose a location near your heating source, but not directly at the heating source.
