How to Broil Salmon

There's nothing like the taste of salmon. Broiling salmon is an excellent way to cook this tasty fish. Here are a few easy steps to broil salmon to perfection.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
1. Turn your broiler on low temperature and allow it to heat up for a few minutes.
Step2
2. Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon onto broiler pan.
Step3
3. Slice butter into thin slices and place on top of salmon. Drizzle lemon juice over top of fish, and then sprinkle thyme seasoning over the fish.
Step4
4. Place fish in broiler for 12-15 minutes or until fish turns a pale pink color.
Step5
5. Remove fish and serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste. A popular seasoning for fish is Lemon Pepper.
