3. Install a solar electric system. This system can be costly, but it can replace your current energy source altogether. In the end it will pay for itself.
4. Purchase a hybrid car. The up front cost can be costly, but you will save around $500 of gas per year. In addition, it will cut carbon emission by about 30%.
5. Purchase organic cotton material. Organic cotton is grown without pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers.
6. Try to use baking soda. Baking soda can be used for many things such as teeth whiteners, laundry additives, and a cleaner.
