We love to eat eggs for breakfast or for health benefits and it is very important to know if the food we are eating is still fresh to cook. The word fresh is not only for live vegetables or foods but for the foods that are healthy to eat in general. So to know if the eggs are good or bad is not that difficult.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Get a pan of water or glass of water.
Step2
Put the eggs on a glass of water.
Step3
Observe which eggs are floating and which eggs are sinking to the bottom.
Step4
The faster the eggs going down the better and the eggs remains on top of the water are usually the bad ones.
Step5
Rotten eggs are usually lighter than the good one.
