If you have high cholesterol you can help to lower it by....

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    lowering your cholesterol may take some time, but it can be done. First you need to start exercising.

  2. Step 2

    Then you will need to cut your fat intake. Start cooking with Pam cooking spray or grill or broil or bake your food. You will also need to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.

  3. Step 3

    You may also want to add more oats and nuts and also Omega3 to your diet as well. After doing these things for a month you should start to see a decrease in your numbers.
