How to make rose tonner

U may use this as tonner to your face and keep it in fridge

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

• 4 - 5 rose buds
• 1 cup water
• honey
• jasmine essence
• sandal powder

1. boil water
2. Put in rose buds, sandal powder and honey
3. biol it to 5 mins and remove to cool
4. then put in the jasmine essence
5. keep it cooled for 4 hours and ready to use

• u may use this as collone
• this toneer need to be in the fridge if not in use
