How to make Mexican Style Deviled Eggs

Want something to do with some of those Easter eggs, or just learn how to make something new that you have never had, this is a easy and fast recipe for Mexican Style Deviled Eggs.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoon diced green chili peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon groung red pepper
  • paprika

Step1
Take 6 hard-cooked eggs and peal the shells off, cut the 6 boiled and peal eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place all the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Step2
Add all of the below ingredients into the bowl with the mashed egg yolks:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle juice
2 tablespoons diced green chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Mix all of the ingredients well and it should look like a thick paste.
Step3
Take all of the egg whites that you have cut and stuff each one with the yolk mixture by filling up the middle part of each egg white where the yolks use to be.

Place all the stuffed egg whites on a tray and serve
