How to Make Irish Cream Liqueur

An easy, rich recipe for the classic liqueur.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 1/2 cups whiskey
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 pint whipping cream or coffee cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Step1
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve over ice.
Step2
Store in refrigerator, covered tightly. Stir before serving.
Step3
Makes about 5 cups.
