How to Make Irish Cream Liqueur - Recipe
If you like the creamy, rich taste of Bailey's Irish Cream, you'll love this easy recipe for the classic liqueur. If you've never had Irish Cream liqueur, you are in for a treat. It has a soft coffee-chocolate-creamy taste, but it has a kick. It's the perfect drink for a winter day or any time you want to feel all warm and fuzzy inside. A holiday favorite. Things You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cups whiskey
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 pint whipping cream or coffee cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

Serve over ice in a glass and enjoy. Makes about 5 cups.

In the unlikely event you have leftovers, you can store this liqueur in the refrigerator, covered tightly. Just be sure to stir it briskly before serving again.
