Have you wondered how someone can heal a new born baby? A true healer will more than likely use something called the aura. An aura in a human has energies, that are like frequencies, and 7 layers. The higher the frequency, the higher the layer, and the harder to see. Auras have been photographed and proven. An aura can tell you allot about someone.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • your eyes
  1. Step 1

You need to relax your eyes.

  2. Step 2

Look at someone, look right above one of their shoulders. When you see this part of someone, instead of looking at them, begin looking through this area. Do not focus on anything, just look through this area.

  3. Step 3

You may begin to see a mirage type image. When you see this, this is the first step in seeing their aura. This may take alto more practice, some do not.

  4. Step 4

After you begin to see the mirage type image, you may then keep doing this practice, until you start to see colors. This will take allot of people allot of patience and practice. When you begin to see color in the first layer, you may then move on to seeing color in the other 6 layers. This takes time, and after time, and practice, you may then learn allot about someone by their aura, but that is a different topic.

Tips & Warnings
  • You will need patience, and if you choose a random stranger, instead of a friend to read on, be aware, they may think you are staring at them.
