• Comfortable place to sit or lie down
• Clear Quartz
• Opal
• Angelite (optional)
• Sodalite (optional)
• Linarite (optional)
• Tourmalated Quartz (optional)
• Tellurium (optional)
• Brazilian Agate (optional)

1. Clear Quartz

   Clear Quartz is the ultimate booster and protection stone. Use it for its own properties, and use it to give the other stones more power. Keep one in your pocket, under your pillow, or just put it in your pouch with your other medicine stones.

2. Common Opal

   If you are lying down, place one or more of these stones on your sixth chakra, the third eye. A good starting combination, and easy to find, are Clear Quartz and Common Opal (or any other opal). You can also place an Opal on the third eye and solar plexus chakras, and use the Clear Quartz for your heart chakra.

3. Also place stones on your solar plexus. That is the origin point for your protective cord that ties spirit to body.

4. Sodalite

   Sodalite is a good stone if you are having trouble achieving the deep relaxation that is a prerequisite for an OBE.

5. Linarite

   Linarite is harder to find, but it is a specific stone for focused metaphysical tasks. It will keep you on purpose and keep your mind from wandering.

Tips & Warnings

• You can wear the stones in a pouch around your neck, as jewelry, put them in your pocket, or even just hold them in your hand.

• Don't try for an OBE if you are tense, nervous, or physically exhausted. That doesn't mean it can't happen, but you won't have as much energy available to make it happen.
