Feeling heavy everyday? Did you bother about your size or just be happy about it? But if you are conscious about your beauty probably you will notice right away how your weight develop or your figure looks like. In some cases, there are times that individuals try to disagree what they really look like in reality. Always feels beautiful is good but you need to see how healthy your beauty is right now. Focus on what your health side than just your looks or feelings. Sometimes we are just fine in our size of being overweight because we think that we are happy. It is good to think in a positive ways but it needs to be healthy. If you are gaining so much weight and ignore the truth because you think you are happy, well, you might need to think the happiness within that you are talking about. Do not ignore your overweight size it's just because it does not bother you at all. Ask help if you can even if your size does not affect your everyday life. I know some girls that seems so happy with their figures even if they are having problems in breathing and walking because of overweight issues. Regardless of your size it is very important to check your real health status to make it sure that you are in good health. I have a friend who keeps telling her partner to lose weight and keep it off but then other half won't listen. He thinks that he is happy and that what it counts. But then this person is extra large and has many medical problems. Counseling will probably give you a start but if not you need to really stand up and make things happen. Stop keeping your weight happy in your body if it is too much to carry.
