1. Depending on your area of need, look for a good outsourcing company. I have listed some in the resource section. Outsourcing companies cover, web design, written products, writing ebook, ghost writing, self publishing, software, graphic design, database, marketing and sales support services and other administrative services like virtual assistants.
2. Look at similar projects in the same area as your project. If you want a website designed look at project and providers for web design. This will give you a good idea of how to write up your project description and the budget of similar projects.
3. Post your project requirements in the correct section. If you want a written product you need to post your project in that section. If you want software designed then post your requirements in the programming section.
4. Pick your provider based on their reviews, how they responded to your project, their understanding of your needs, how long it will take them to complete your project, and cost.
5. Follow your project through to completion with constant communication with the provider your have chosen.
6. When and only when you are happy with your completed project then pay the provider.
