As adults reach their 50s, joint pain starts to become more prevalent and persistent. Any kind of activity seems to aggravate previous joint pain, ranging from a game of tennis to mowing the lawn. If there is pain, there is swelling, even if it’s internal where you can’t really see it. So whatever you can do to prevent inflammation and swelling is the objective. This therapy has no side affects and can improve overall health including skin tone, regularity and cardiovascular health.
