Step1
First you have to be motivated, and you have to be willing to use what I have to tell you.
Step2
Day 1- water fast, that's right, drink only water today
Step3
day 2- eat no more than your goal weight times 13 in calories
for example, if you want to be 120 then 120 times 13
Step4
day 3- eat what ever you wish, all day, eat more than you have in day 2, not to exeed 2,000 calories (this will make your metabolism think that this is what you need to burn tomorrow, kicking it into gear)
Step5
day 4- repeat day 1
Step7
day 6- repeat day 3
Step8
day 7 get a vitamin b12 and a vitamin b6 shot from your doctor
Step9
day 8-clean your car yourself, walk, clean your house, even if it is cleaned from top to bottom
Step10
day 9- repeat all of the steps until you are satisfied with a healthy weight loss
