You can also look at picturesAfter that have a glass of water or something cold, go in front of A.C. Start the T.V or Radio Call The friend, you can also look out side and look at others

If you are really angry and you are in home then leave the home without saying anything go in park or some where, where you feel comfortable and you think and can go in deep thinking.

After above steps think about good times that how it was before and what is now and why it is like this , You should accept your fault and sorry from them ....If you can't find fault think your decisions are going to affect your life and most importantly others life think like they were you.........
