Things You’ll Need:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons red wine
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Step1
Gently mix together ground pork and seasonings in a glass mixing bowl.
Step2
Shape mixture into 4 burgers about 1/2 inch thick. Place over moderately hot coals atop a grill or can be placed on the bottom of dutch oven.
Step3
Lower hood and grill for 5 minutes; turn and finish cooking 4-5 minutes more. Serve immediately, on toasted buns if desired.
