Know thyself.Are you a thinly or thickly built,GENES?fat mom dad? limitations are set .targets realistic-Achievable are set.This is my weight and this is what I want to achieve.I will loose this target weight at 2 kilos-4 pounds a month not faster.Paste this on your mirror as you brush daily look at it.Begin by counting calories of the food you took yesterday from the calorie books you get.Or count 500 for each 100 gms of the tasty foods you like.You need 1500-2000 clas a day as per your height and build and needs activity -jobs-.decide that.simply halve your intake first and double your work out or climbing steps for one hour like activity ,avoid lifts walk more,eat lesser portions ,drink water first always,salds greens first,CC-count cals as you feed yourself.

Reward yourself once in while,replce foods exchange them ,keep tabs in..we need to burn 300 calories per day and reduce 400 calories per day from food we take.have a break for your favourite item once a week if needed but keep portions mouthful only -for tastes give in NOT for full stomach.never..700 into 7 days= 4900- 1400 for that weekly party you deserved- Net if you loose 3500 calories even after a party bing then you have burnt a pound of the fat and flesh.For burning only fat do isometric against gravity exercises ,stand on your toes as you work every few moments thsi burns cals and sets tone for anti garvity muscles too avoids burning good flesh -burns fats only this way.weigh weekly and monthly.taget 2 kilos a month achieved!!3500 a week paste this on the bed.

weekly binges will now not snare you and you will actually loose weight so will love yourself more self esteem goes up and exercises become better ,you loose more and eat better now after few months..keep loosing as you eat well.
