All of us have those days that we think we just shouldn't have even gotten out of bed. Here are a few steps that can help you reduce the number of "bad" days you have by getting you off to a healthy start.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Time to establish a morning routine

Step1
Stretch to wake your muscles and loosen your joints.
Step2
Exercise in the mornings to energize your body and make you feel good about yourself all day. Morning exercise also increases your metabolism throughout the entire day.
Step3
Shower in the mornings. The warm water massages your muscles, loosening them from a sedentary night of sleep, increases circulation and can ease stress.
Step4
Eat breakfast. This gives you energy to start your day, boosts your metabolism, and decreases the amount of stress you can cause your body later by getting too hungry and overeating. You will feel much calmer throughout your morning will a full stomach and the energy to deal with any problems or stresses that may come up.
