make relaxing since sit down
Please sit down at comfortable chair and make relaxing, make your body relaxing first, make no mind of your brain you just thinking make you comfort and close your eyes

While sit down take a deep breath from your noose with relaxing and smoothly and move your head like to see to roof (do it this with close your eyes)this step trying to raise more oxygen. and blow you the breath from your mouth with smoothly and since doing this make defer your head.

and Take breath again from noose with smoothly since doing that move your head like to see the roof make relaxing since doing this. Please do this in a good and quite place so make your brain relaxing and to loose your stress and bad thinking.(Do it this for 3 times in one set, do this in the morning after wake up, in noon when in work and before take a bed at night.
