Instructions

    • 1

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 tsp. olive oil to the pan.

    • 2

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Lightly drizzle olive oil on both sides of chicken. If you're worried about using oil, relax. One pound of chicken will need less than 1/2 tsp. of oil, and olive oil has many health benefits.

    • 3

Sprinkle Montreal Chicken Seasoning on front and back of chicken breasts. This seasoning is a combination of herbs and spices that gives chicken a delicious flavor. I use it in lots of chicken recipes; it's good to keep on hand.

    • 4

Place chicken breasts in pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until edges are no longer pink. Flip over and cook 5 minutes with lid on pan and 5 minutes with lid off. Your chicken breasts will be tasty and delicious. Enjoy!
