Just say no to dry, blah chicken breasts. A quick, easy and delicious chicken recipe!!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Olive Oil
  • McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • No-stick skillet
  1. Step 1

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 tsp. olive oil to the pan.

  2. Step 2

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Lightly drizzle olive oil on both sides of chicken. If you're worried about using oil, relax. One pound of chicken will need less than 1/2 tsp. of oil, and olive oil has many health benefits.

  3. Step 3

Sprinkle Montreal Chicken Seasoning on front and back of chicken. This seasoning is a combination of herbs and spices that gives chicken a delicious flavor. I use it in lots of chicken recipes; it's good to keep on hand.

  4. Step 4

Place chicken in pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until edges are no longer pink. Flip over and cook 5 minutes with lid on pan and 5 minutes with lid off. Your chicken will be tasty and delicious. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • A touch of olive oil is all you need to keep the chicken juicy.
  • One seasoning is all you need for mouth-watering taste.
  • Cook extra to keep on hand for a handy addition to salads.
