How to Play Different Types of Paintball Games

Playing paintball can boost your adrenaline and give you a good workout. Paintball is considered an extreme sport, and it is great for team building and learning how to shoot. There are a variety of games you can play within the paintball sport, and you can switch from one game to the next when you have a paintball day.

Instructions

1. Get into your paintball gear including helmet, army outfit and gloves. Keep your helmet on at all times during any type of paintball game.

2. Play capture the flag. Get a group of people, and separate them into two individual groups. Place a flag on one part of the field and another on the other side. Each flag represents one group, and each group must capture the other groups flag without being shot.

3. Participate in the game Center the Flag. This is when both teams are on opposite sides of the field, and the flag is placed in the middle. The teams have to capture this flag and take it back to their side to win the game.

4. Compete with the eliminator game. This is when one team has to eliminate as many other opponents as they can to win the game. Simply put, aim and shoot as many people on the other team as you can.

5. Start the X-ball paintball game. Place five team members on different sides, and play two different games. After the two games, you record which team got the most hits. This team is the winner of this paintball game.
