Pick a look that really defines your personality. If you are a prep at heart, stay away from saggy basketball shorts and loose athletic shirts, for example.

Buy nice, good quality clothing that fits your body type. Brand names usually look better and fit better than generic brands. The colors should compliment you. Include colors that bring out your eye color. Girls take notice of this quite well.

Wear pants or nice jeans that fit you well. Other people should not be able to see your underwear. Your pants should accentuate your rear but not be too tight. In addition, make sure that your pants are neither too long nor too short. They should be just long enough that they don't touch the ground when you are standing.

Remember rules regarding accessories. Most people don't consider hats to be classy, but wear a nice name brand baseball cap if you are going to be outside and need to shield the sun.
