Instructions

    • 1

Peel a large, ripe mango and then cut it in half. Cut part of the mango into thin strips and then place the other half in a blender. Set the mango strips aside, as you will need them to create your beautiful float. Measure the amount of mashed mango you have, as it will determine how much cream you add.

    • 2

Add the cream to the blender, again, using the amount of mashed mango as a measurement. Double the measurement of cream and mango to determine the amount of sweet condensed milk to add. Add the sweet condensed milk slowly and taste. Depending on your personal taste and the natural sweetness of the mango, you may desire more or less condensed milk.

    • 3

Blend the cream and mango mixture until smooth and then set in the refrigerator to chill. In a separate bowl, crush graham crackers which will be used to layer your mango float. You can use as many graham crackers as you like, or even add a touch of honey if desired.

    • 4

Place some crushed graham crackers in the bottom of a tall, clear glass and then add a few mango slices. Pour a bit of your blended cream and mango mixture on top and then continue layers until you reach the tops of the glass.

    • 5

Garnish your mango float with a dollop of whip cream, a few more mango slices and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. Serve, and enjoy.
