With this magic card trick, you seemingly pull all 4 Kings out from the middle of the deck to the top of the deck. Amaze your audience by following these steps to magically pull cards through the deck.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Deck of cards
  1. Step 1

Take out the 4 Kings from the deck and place them on the top of the deck. Then place another 4 random cards from the deck on top of the Kings.

  2. Step 2

Remove the first 8 cards from the top of the deck. Spread out the Kings so you can only see the "K" of each with the random 4 cards behind the last one in your hand remaining unseen.

  3. Step 3

Show these cards to your audience and tell them that you have all 4 K in your hand, then stack them up and place them back on top of the deck face down. Tell your audience that you will place all 4 Kings into the middle of the deck.

  4. Step 4

Take the first card off the deck and without showing the face of it, stick it into the middle of the deck. Make sure you are showing the back of the cards only and that your audience can not see that this is not a King.

  5. Step 5

Repeat the process until you have stuck all 4 top cards, which your audience will assume are the 4 Kings, into the middle of the deck.

  6. Step 6

Announce to your audience that you will now bring each of these Kings back to the top of the deck with your magic abilities. Tap the top card. Turn it over to reveal the first King and repeat this process until all 4 Kings are revealed.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also tell your audience that you will shuffle the Kings into the deck after you stick them into the middle of the deck, and in the process will shuffle them all to the top once more. Then do a fake shuffle, such as the "Hindu shuffle," which makes it appear that you are shuffling the cards, but you are not changing the order of them at all.
