School can be the perfect place to prank call someone as you can involve other people in the joke and share the fun. Do a little research first to make sure you don't get caught and pull off the perfect prank.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Locate a public phone in your school. Cell phones are harder to trace but if you can't block your number, you're going to be easy to find. Schools are busy places, so find a phone that you can use without being disturbed in a quiet hallway or even an office where nobody will come in.

  2. Step 2

Check around for cameras or other ways you might get caught. Depending on the size and location of your school and who you are going to prank, there may be ways to track people. Scout the area prior to your call so you know what to expect.

  3. Step 3

Plan what you are going to say in advance. Prank calls always work better when you have a joke, so think up something funny yourself or check the web for tried and tested funnies. Record some sound effects in advance if you want, but remember to erase them after to hide the evidence.

  4. Step 4

Pick the right time either when you can account for yourself such as being in class or when you can excuse yourself without anyone noticing. If you do this sort of thing a lot, chances are you are going to be a suspect. Prepare an alibi so you'll be above suspicion.

  5. Step 5

Compose yourself before you pick up the phone. You'll ruin the call if you are laughing or make it obvious that it's a joke. Tell anyone else who is with you at the school, not to laugh or make eye contact with you to ruin your composure.
