Step 1
Wrestle your opponent to the ground. Make sure your opponent will be down for at least a minute so you have time to prepare for your leg drop.

Run to the outside of the ring and bounce yourself off of the ropes. Turn around and lean as far back on the ropes as you can so that you can get a good rebound off of them when you start running.

Step 3
Run towards your opponent. Jump up into the air when you are about a foot away from the enemy.

Lift your legs so that you are in a sitting position while you are in the air. Position yourself so that your butt is lower than your legs.

Step 5
Aim to land with one leg across your opponent's neck. Keep your legs spread apart. Hit your butt on the mat, and drop your leg on his neck.

Step 6
Stand up and run back to the ropes. Repeat the leg drop. Continue to do this until you are sure your opponent is out--three times should be plenty.
