      Place the meat in a large pot or dutch oven and pour enough meat stock or water to cover it. Season it with salt and freshly-ground pepper.

    This recipe is awfully vague! How much of the veggies do you use? 1 cup? 2? Also, What part does the milk play in this? I see it in the 'Things you need' part, yet it is not mentioned anywhere in the preperation part! Hmmmmmmmmm.
