How to Get a Girl to Notice

Perhaps there is a girl at school or work who just doesn't take notice. As much as you try, you may receive no acknowledgment, and this can make work or school especially difficult. Usually there are adjustments, sometimes minor, sometimes major, that you can make to improve this situation.

Instructions

1. Make positive eye contact with the girl. When people are nervous or trying too hard either they can fail to make eye contact at all. Make eye contact for a few seconds at a time. Also, be sure you are not looking at any other place on her body other than her face.

2. Be confident in your own skin. Too often people equate confidence with rudeness or arrogance and this is simply wrong. Confidence is just being comfortable in who you are as a person. Women respond well to and notice confident people.

3. Demonstrate positive body language. When talking to the girl do not slump your shoulders or keep your head down. Put your shoulders back and keep your head up. Also do not fidget and act nervously, this will make you look negative in her eyes.

4. Dress to stand out from others. This is probably the toughest fashion line to walk. You want her to notice you, but not look too weird or outrageous.

5. Get to know her friends. She probably values their opinion and if they think you are a great person then she is more likely to notice you. In addition, you are less likely to be nervous around her friends because you are not trying to get them notice you.

6. Try not to try. This may sound weird but usually if a person is pressing an issue, others notice that and react negatively. If you do not try, it appears that really do not care what others think and this is an attractive quality to have. People notice you in a negative light when you seem desperate and they will try to avoid you.
