1
Lay your wonton wrappers out on a flat surface such as a cutting board. You may wish to prepare the surface with some flour to prevent the wrappers from sticking.
-
2
Spread a small amount of egg white around the edges of the wonton wrapper with your finger. The egg helps the edges to adhere to one another.
-
-
3
Fill the wonton with the filling of your choice. Crab meat is a popular choice, but some people use chunks of pork or even pulled beef.
-
4
Lift 1 corner of the wonton wrapper up. Do the same with the opposite corner. The two opposite corners should meet in the middle.
-
5
Pick up 1 of the 2 remaining corners. Bring the tip of that corner in to meet the other 2 corners.
-
6
Press the edges of the 3 sides together to form a triangle. The egg will help the edges to stick together.
-
7
Add the fourth side, and seal the wonton.
