Boring stationary pictures are out of style. PhotoJam software allows you to transform your digital photos into a slide show, complete with transitions and music. Once you have your completed masterpiece, PhotoJam will save it to your hard drive, and you can burn it to a CD or DVD.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Download and install PhotoJam. After the installation is complete, launch the program.

  2. Step 2

Create a new folder in the directory where you store your photos on your computer. Drag the photos you want to use in your slide show to the new folder.

  3. Step 3

Click "Create" in PhotoJam. When the "Browse" window appears, search for the folder you just created, and click on it. The images in the folder are now loaded in PhotoJam, and you should see them as a series of thumbnails.

  4. Step 4

Select the genre of music you want for your slide show, then choose a song from that genre. The trial version of PhotoJam requires you to use one of the songs provided by the program, but you can upload your own MP3s if you purchase the full version.

  5. Step 5

Decide what type of transition you would like between your photos, such as "dissolve" or "fade." Select the desired effect.

  6. Step 6

Choose a style for your slide show and click "Create."

  7. Step 7

Edit your slide show by selection "Open" and clicking on your project. Pause the player. Click on the photo tab to rearrange, add or delete photos. You can also adjust the brightness and add captions.

  8. Step 8

Save your slide show by clicking the "Publish" button.
