How to Defeat Doom 3 Bosses
Doom 3 is the most graphically stunning version of the game yet. It is also the most challenging. The four main bosses, Vagary, Guardian, Sabaoth and CyberDemon are difficult to defeat, unless you know a few handy techniques.

Defeat Boss One-Vagary, The Demon Spider

Throw grenades as you walk into the encounter.

Avoid flying objects while you wait for an opening.

Finish Vagary off with a ranged weapon like the chaingun. Vagary is the one Doom 3 boss you must defeat from a distance.
Defeat Boss Two-Guardian

Shoot the Seekers before they locate you. This forces Guardian to create more.

Strafe along the walls to hide from the Seekers.

Unload your weapons into the crystal on Guardian's back. When the crystal begins to glow red, you know you are about to defeat the second Doom 3 boss.
Defeat Boss Three-Sabaoth, The Demon Tank

Hide behind the pillars in Sabaoth's lair at first. Hiding protects you from his charge.

Run around the room to avoid Sabaoth's BFG.

Use grenades or the rocket launcher to defeat this Doom 3 boss.
Defeat Boss Four-CyberDemon

Move around the edge of this encounter at first.

Collect 5 regular demons' souls by killing them with regular weapons before trying to defeat CyberDemon.

Aim the soul cube at Cyberdemon. Hit him 4 times to defeat him.

Tips & Warnings
Enter each boss encounter with full health and ammo, if possible.
You will receive the Soul Cube when you defeat Guardian. The Soul Cube is used to defeat the final Doom 3 boss.
You receive the BFG when you defeat Sabaoth.
Dodge Sabaoth's charge at all costs.
