1
Tell your parents that their fighting upsets you. Talk to them about your feelings so that they understand where you're coming from and will hopefully fight less when they're around you.
-
2
Ask your brothers or sisters to talk to your parents with you so that you have support and so that your parents take you more seriously.

3
Play outside or hang out with a friend or sibling when you notice your parents having a disagreement. There's no need for you to hear the details of their fight, which may only upset you.
-
4
Talk to a school counselor, teacher or another trusting adult if your parents' fighting turns violent or gets out of control. It isn't alright for your parents to physically harm each other or to destroy things in the house, even if they're really angry.
-
5
Take care of yourself. When your parents fight, it may really stress you out, so it's important to eat a healthy diet, hang out with your friends and get enough sleep every night.
-
6
Seek the support of your school counselor if you're really upset about your parents' fighting. Your counselor may suggest more coping methods based on your personal situation.

Tips & Warnings
Don't assume that your parents aren't in love anymore or are getting a divorce just because they fight sometimes. Most couples fight occasionally when they disagree over something, but they'll hopefully make up and go on with normal life shortly thereafter.
