Telekinesis is the process of moving objects with your mind. No one knows how telekinesis works but many different theories exist. Anyone can learn to perform telekinesis if they can acquire and maintain the right frame of mind. Follow these steps to perform a telekinesis visualization.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Remove all doubt from your mind that telekinesis is real or you won't be successful. Many people are able to perform telekinesis after seeing others do it because it removes the doubt from their mind.

  2. Step 2

Set your logical mind aside. Logic has no place in the world of telekinesis.

  3. Step 3

Attempt telekinesis only for pure reasons. If you are trying to impress others, make money or gain glory, you probably won't be successful.

  4. Step 4

Meditate daily. It's the only way you can prepare your mind for telekinesis.

  5. Step 5

Start with something easy, such as bending a spoon. Think of the object and goal in your head. Repeat this visualization daily, over and over.

  6. Step 6

Feel the surface of the spoon in your hand as you imagine bending it. The key is not "making" it bend, but "letting" it bend.

  7. Step 7

Practice for 30 to 60 minutes daily. Don't be too serious--think of it as a game. If this method doesn't get results after a week, try another.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you've had enough sleep when trying telekinesis—it doesn't work when you're sleep deprived.
  • Stress or negative emotions can impede your ability to perform telekinesis.
