Just because you have to wear glasses doesn't mean you can't look cool. Glasses are now available in stylish frames and lenses for people of all ages. Gone are the days of thick, brown frames and coke-bottle lenses. Read further for ideas on how to look cool in glasses.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Purchase glasses that compliment the shape of your face. If you have a round face, try rectangular frames. If you have a square-shaped face, try round frames to enhance and soften your face.
Step2
Select a style that fits your personality. Glasses come in all styles and colors as well as with flare such as diamonds. Try the glasses on and see which ones reflect your personality most and make you look cool.
Step3
Style your hair to match your glasses. Certain hairstyles look better than others when wearing glasses. Visit a stylist with your glasses on to see what they recommend to help you look as cool as possible.
Step4
Buy glasses with transition lenses. They protect your eyes and look like sunglasses. You will always look cool when outside and they maintain the tint when indoors.
Step5
Keep your glasses clean and free of scratches. If your glasses are scratched, crooked or dirty, you will draw negative attention to them. Clean them daily with water and a lint free cloth.
Step6
Dress in outfits that reflect the style of glasses you are wearing. You may want to buy a new wardrobe to match your glasses or purchase glasses that match the outfits you already have. You won't look cool if your glasses clash with your clothes.
