How to Make a Restorative Mineral Foot Bath

  • Dead sea salt
  • Dendritic salt
  • Rooibos tea
  • Tea tree essential oil
  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Jumbo tea bags, heat sealable
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh lemon slices
  • Fresh orange slices
  • Vitamin E oil
  • Rosemary essential oil

Instructions

  1. Restorative Mineral Foot Bath

    • 1

      Put the dendritic salt in a small bowl and drizzle the peppermint essential oil and tea tree essential oil over it. Set it aside.

      Place the dead sea salt in a medium mixing bowl and add the rooibos tea. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly mixed.

      Stir the dendritic salt mixture into the dead sea salt and mix well.

      Fill each jumbo tea bag with about an ounce of tea, and seal the bags.

      Put one restorative mineral foot bath bag in a basin of warm water and soak your feet for at least 15 minutes.

    Aromatic Mineral Foot Bath

    • 6

      Fill a basin with very warm water and add the lemon and orange slices.

      Add the sea salt and stir until it dissolves.

      Drop in the vitamin E oil and rosemary essential oil, and swish it to blend.

      Soak your feet in the aromatic mineral foot bath for 10 to 15 minutes.
