How to Create a Photo Gallery With Wondershare Flash Slideshow Builder

Instructions

      Add images in the "Browse" window. Locate the folder with your images in the file management panel to the window left. Double click on each image you want to add or drag it to a slide icon in the storyboard at the window bottom. Wondershare will automatically apply a transition effect.

      Set the duration of your slides and transitions. Click on the numbers underneath each slide and transition icon. Type in the desired duration.

      Import music files with the "Add Music" button if you want to background audio. You can edit the playback length and synchronize the audio track to playback with the "Edit Music" button.

      Choose a gallery template from the "Template" window. Click on the "Thumbnail" tab to find photo gallery templates or click on "Customize" to create your own photo gallery.

      Change transitions by double clicking on the storyboard transition icon, or clicking on the "Effect" tab. Click on the "Apply To All" button to apply the same transition to all slides.

      Add text to individual slides with the "Decorate" window. Click on the "New Text" button to create a text field with formatting options.

      Publish your gallery. Click "Create SWF Movie" to save the gallery as a Flash slideshow. Link the movie file to your web page and make sure to upload it in the same folder as your HTML file.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add all the images in your image folder at once. Click on the triangle next to the "Add Image" button, and select "Add All Image."

  • You can modify gallery images. Click the "Edit Image" button to crop images, apply filters and add hyperlinks.

  • Add titles and credits frames from the "Template" window. Check "Include Intro Movie and Credit Movie." Two new tabs, "Intro Movie" and "Credit Movie," will appear beneath the gallery preview with text and transition options.

  • Add a customized Flash preloader the "Publish Settings" feature. Flash developers routinely include preloaders to indicate the movie is downloading.
