1
Find a medium sized rubber band. The medium rubber bands work it best for consistent shooting. Smaller ones, launch to far and the large ones, not far enough.
-
2
Loop one end of the rubber band around your ring finger, or the fourth finger on your hand.
-
-
3
Move the ring finger downward, toward the palm of your hand while the rubber band is still attached. Basically, make a fist with the rubber band around the ring finger.
-
4
Hold onto the rubber band with your ring finger and carefully stretch the rubber band up to and around your thumb.
-
5
Continue stretching the rubber band. This time loop it to your pointer finger, or second finger on your hand. Make sure the rubber band is situated at the very top of your pointer finger.
-
6
Point your hand at the intended target and release the rubber band from your ring finger. This should send the rubber band flying toward the target.
-
7
Practice this technique several times until you have mastered it. Adjust the rubber band to your standards to make a perfect shot.
