      Use the trackwheel to open the Address Book and select the contact you want to send as a vCard.

      Display the menu on the "Contact Information" screen.

      Select "Send as Attachment" from the display menu.

      Fill in the recipient information, subject and the message for the email you're sending.

      Display the menu again and select "Send." You've just attached and sent a vCard using your Blackberry.
