Lindsey Lohan is known for her hard partying ways and drastic weight loss, so it is important for her to try to lead a healthy lifestyle. Lindsey was once known for her much curvier figure, so trainer Justin Gelband is her right-hand man to help whip her body into athletic shape.

Step1
Exercise and eat a healthy diet to get a fit body like Lindsey Lohan. Like most celebrities, Lindsey maintains a strict diet and training schedule. She "...regained her toned curves by enlisting personal trainer Justin Gelband to lead thrice-weekly workouts including free weights, cardio, Pilates and sit-ups," as reported in Life & Style Weekly. A training schedule like this should be done 4-6 times per week.
Step2
Work out in a bikini, Lindsey's choice exercise wear. She often does push-ups while laying out. One of Lindsey's work out secrets is throwing punches to keep in shape. Have a friend wear punch mitts and throw a few punches while wearing boxing gloves. This will help tone your arms.
Step3
Walk and do leg lifts to keep your legs cellulite-free like Lindsey Lohan's. Walking outside and adding a few hills helps keep Lindsey in shape. Try to do this at least every day for about 20 to 30 minutes. Lindsey also like to work on her upper body. She says, "I do push-ups and leg lifts. People have said I have really skinny arms, so I like doing push-ups most. (I do) as many as I can. I'm pretty good".
