Many women desire to have a body like Beyonce. Not only does she appear thin, but she also has natural curves that showcase her amazing figure. Since Beyonce has stated that she’s predisposed to having a thick body, she follows a strict workout and diet plan.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Step1
Try the Master Cleanse Diet. To drop some of her initial weight, Beyonce followed the Master Cleanse Diet for a week. This detox diet requires you to cut out solid foods. Instead of food, you drink a mix of lemon, water, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
Step2
Exercise 5 days a week. You can’t have a body like Beyonce’s by sitting on the couch all day long. She works out 5 days a week as a way to stay in shape. She does about half an hour of cardio and then 45 minutes of free weights.
Step3
Work on your butt. Beyonce is considered bootylicious because of how amazing her rear looks. When trying to get a body like Beyonce, you have to do exercises that target the butt. Mix it up with two to three sets of lunges, squats and leg lifts.
Step4
Eat light. Besides working out, Beyonce watches what she eats each day. To stay lean, she eats a very small salad of tomato and cucumber at lunch. The rest of her meals are low-fat and low-carb food options, like veggies and lean meats.
Step5
Spend time dancing. To supplement her workouts, Beyonce practices her dance routines each day. Dancing can provide a high impact cardio workout.

Tips & Warnings

  • Remember to talk to your doctor before trying a drastic eating and exercise plan, like the type followed by Beyonce.
