Gwen Stefani has made quite a name for herself in both the music industry and the fashion industry. Starting in the popular 90's band No Doubt, she often shows off her flat stomach at concerts for all her adoring fans to see. Today, she can be seen flaunting her curves down any red carpet in self designed clothing by L.A.M.B., her self-started clothing company.

Eat healthy. Most people will agree that food, especially food that's full of chemicals, is the way to get a celebrity figure. As reported by tabloid website/TV show TMZ.com, who obtained a copy of Gwen's hospitality demands from a recent concert, this girl eats nothing but organically grown fruits and veggies. To wow your taste buds, try organic ranch salad dressing with the fresh organic veggies, and drink have a nice crystal clear, fresh clean glass of natural water. Exercise. This is a must, an almost religious aspect of Gwen Stefani's life. If she's not in the gym, she's running, and if she's not running, she's eating healthy. Her life is a cycle of health-driven vanity.

You need to do weight training and the cardio to give yourself definition. She approaches her training like a pro athlete. She gets that her body is a unit and you need to train every part of it to look incredible. Doing a lot of running when she’s not in the gym is the key because it means she’s toned, but she also gets to keep her feminine shape. It’s important to her to have a girlie figure. Her body motivates a lot of people.” Her daily routine includes lifting weights, running and boxing.
