Step1
Get fit with Pilates. Burke has worked out with Pilates for several years and she credits this strengthening and toning workout to keeping her body fit. Do 30 minutes to an hour of Pilates three days per week to have a body like Brooke Burke.
Step2
Pick up the Core Secrets workout DVDs by Gunnar Peterson. He is Brooke Burke's personal trainer and she uses the moves in his exercise DVDs to stay in shape.
Step3
Get your cardio in. Brooke Burke jogs, swims or hikes for a good cardio workout and to burn calories. Do a cardio workout for one hour three times each week to have a body like Brooke Burke.
Step4
Watch your diet. Burke's diet is a huge factor when it comes to her perfectly toned body. She tries to avoid carbohydrates, refined sugars, processed flours and dairy products. Her diet consists of raw vegetables, plenty of salads and whole wheat foods.

  • Eat several small meals a day. Brooke eats five to six small meals of fresh vegetables and salads a day to keep her metabolism and energy going.
