Step 1
Be a good example. You should do your work from an organized and systematic base. You should also work cheerfully as much as is possible
-
Step 2
People work differently, and each person may have one particular thing they do well. Not all jobs are amenable to using a person's specific talents, but try to as much as possible. Perhaps May is a really good interviewer, but Charles is excellent at documentation. If possible team them up so May does the interviews and Charles does the documentation.

Step 3
When there are changes, labor disputes or other unexpected traumas in the work place, people need to vent. Rather than allowing them to vent all over the place, have a meeting where they can share their concerns and frustrations. Do not allow any blame laying or personal attacks. Do not allow anyone to be right or wrong, but only to express their concerns in a open and accepting forum. Make sure the people in the meeting understand the ground rules before the meeting gets under way.

Step 4
Give people the opportunity to give input on potential ways to get the work done more efficiently. You are a leader not a controller. Give credit to the person who had the idea. Happy, respected people produce excellent work.
