Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 1 lb of ground beef
- some mashed potatotes (3lbs potatoes, milk, butter)
- 1 pack of shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 cans of corn
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Step1
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Boil in a pot.
Step2
Add a small amount of milk and butter to pan and use a mixer to make potatoes smooth.
Step3
Brown ground beef in a skillet.
Step4
Open cans of corn and drain off water.
Step5
Use a medium sized casserole dish. Spray it with Pam non stick cooking spray or lightly with butter or margerine.

Put a thin layer of mashed potatoes in dish, then a layer of beef, then cheese, then corn. Then layer garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Finally add the last layer with remaining potatoes and cheese. Add one finale layer of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step7
Bake in oven on 400 degrees for about half an hour until top looks golden brown and cheese is melted. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your family!
