  • Chocolate sqaures or chips with 60% cocao (dark chocolate)

Step1
Dark chocolate which contains 60% cocoa has antioxidants and natural flavornoids. The cocoas poly phenol content, helps cholesterol reduction and blood pressure. The dark chocolate is anti-hypertensive and cause an increase of nitric oxide which helps the blood flow.
Step2
Chocolate also contains alkaloids which increases serotonin brain functions, which is the happy hormone. Something you may not know is it also contains magnesium, B-vitamins, and enzymes. Chocolate may also help depression and an over all well-being.
Step3
Eat it with fruit such as bananas, apples, and strawberries. Eat it as an after dinner dessert. Treat yourself to that increase in brain activity and heart rate associated with kissing, a very pleasurable physiological experience!
