Green is the new buzz word for cleaning products that are natural. Do you want to know natural products that can really get the job done? Try these tried and true products that you already have in your cabinet.
The first product you may already know about is baking soda. Baking soda can be used to shine stainless steel, chrome, aluminum without scratching. It can unclog, clear and deodorize drains and refrigerators. It can be used in the place of toothpaste and can be thrown on grease fires. What a versatile product.

The second natural cleaning product in vinegar. Vinegar is a great stain remover. It dissolves mineral deposits and grease and removes soapscum off shower floor and walls. For windows pour hot water into a spray bottle andd a tbl. of vinegar and clean.

Lemon juice is a natural deodorizer of everything. It works great in microwaves. Pour lemon juice in a cup of water and boil in the microwave. Let it sit and then wipe grime away. Lemon juice can even be used as a homemade furniture polish. Mix one part lemon juice with one part olive oil, mix and then apply.

Salt can be used to clean coffeepots and pots and pans by filling them with water, adding 4 tablespoons of salt and boil. Allow to cool and then empty the container. Salt can be mixed with vinegar to polish brass. It can remove rust by rubbing the area with a peeled potato dipped in salt. It can even loosen dirt and kill flea and moth eggs in the carpet by sprinkling with salt and working it in with a stiff boom and vacuuming.

Thanks for the tips! I have boiled water in the microwave before to help get it clean but never thought of the lemon juice. Bet that would help with the stale smells as well. Thanks. Rated and dugg.
